The Video Production Team category is an on-site contest for Secondary/Post-Secondary divisions. The BPA description of this event is as follows:
Create a three-to-five (3-5) minute video production, based upon the assigned topic.

If your state does not have a chapter, you can join a national virtual chapter. Information on that can be found here: http://www.bpa.org/membership/virtualchapter. While there are no chapter dues, there are annual individual member dues. Dues vary by state. Check with state and national BPA representative for all conference and contest dates.
