The Fundamentals of Web Design category is an on-site contest. The BPA description of this event is as follows:
Individuals will demonstrate knowledge of fundamental web design coding and syntax to include CSS.

While there are no chapter dues, there are annual individual member dues. Dues vary by state. Check with state and national BPA representative for all conference and contest dates.
