Teams of contestants will create a database-driven Website with server-side functionality. The team is provided with the opportunity to design, build and present a working web application. Teams will be further required to formally present their project to a panel of judges via videoconference, and the presentation will be judged independently of the project’s technical merits.

BPA has events in a variety of categories. For the full event list, check out their website here: http://www.bpa.org/compete/eventlist. To see if there is a BPA chapter in your area, you can search here:http://www.registermychapter.com/bpamem/ZipSearch.aspx If there is not, you can check with your State Adviser found here: http://www.bpa.org/about/saac. If your state does not have a chapter, you can join a national virtual chapter. Information on that can be found here: http://www.bpa.org/membership/virtualchapter. While there are no chapter dues, there are annual individual member dues. Dues vary by state. Check with state and national BPA representative for all conference and contest dates.
