JEA Curriculum Highlight: Introducing Students to Takedown Requests
If your staff has had a website for long, they’ve probably received a request to take down something that’s been published. It might have been something the team published last year or even five years ago.
In this lesson 50-minute lessonin the JEA Curriculum, students will work to understand the basic considerations of a takedown request, evaluate criteria for takedown requests and consider criteria for evaluating such requests, and they will demonstrate knowledge of specific terminology or ethical considerations relevant to takedown requests.
This curriculum is available to all JEA members. To access the curriculum, you must be logged in to the JEA Curriculum site. Once you are, you can access this lesson here: Introducing Students to Takedown Requests.
