Check out Vimeo Record for a nice Mac or PC Screen Recording Option

There are a lot of great video screen recording tools out there that let you record your screen, yourself, or a combination of both. While I have used Loom for awhile, they added some new restrictions to the app this year that many users have found to be a bit limiting.

If you’re looking for an alternative, you might want to check out Vimeo Record. I first heard about this from former JEA President Jack Kennedy last week and checked it out shortly thereafter.

It easily installs as a Google Chrome extension and if you’ve used screen recording software before, it won’t take you any time to catch on as the interface is pretty standard. It’s totally free and they give you unlimited recordings. These can be uploaded and saved to a Vimeo account, or downloaded and saved elsewhere.
