NYTimes technology columnist reveals apps he uses for work, home

If you didn’t catch this Q&A, I thought it was useful for apps that a national technology columnist uses for his interviews and such.

• Call Recorder
  • At the moment, for phone calls, I use Skype in conjunction with a program called Call Recorder, because it’s the easiest way I know to record calls.
• DropVox (now Recup)
  • When I’m doing face-to-face interviews, I use DropVox (which , an app that records and saves audio to the cloud drive Dropbox.
• Workflowy
  • For notes, I use Workflowy, a fantastic online outlining program that I’ve found easier to use than most other notes apps.
