No Film School shows how to Rack Focus in video and when it should be used

I came across this video last week looking for something to share with my intro broadcasting students. I thought the video did a nice job of explaining what rack focusing is and when it should be used. The students really liked how understandable it was and that it used examples from many movies they had seen.
