Paul Kandell of Palo Alto High School posted a link to this article back in December on the JEA Listserv. It’s from the mediashift website and is written by an adviser of a college’s print and online editions. It can help give you some things to think about if you’re starting out, or it can provide a nice checklist for you to gauge how your staff is doing in different areas.
