This is the second of three presentations I gave in Michigan this past week at the MIPA Fall Convention. The piece deals with rethinking your current newsroom when you add the Web into the mix. You can’t just fit the Web into what you’re currently doing. It’s a process that involves everything from how copy comes in to what you have your intro classes do. Here’s the presentation.
