While the JEA Curriculum has some great projects and guides within and while we’ve talked about the benefits of Lynda.com on this site before, one thing we haven’t mentioned in the free Adobe Education Exchange. It’s another great place for you to get comfortable with Adobe programs, get project ideas and connect with other educators using Adobe products. You can check out the Adobe Education Exchange here.

There, you will find an introductory video to help you a quick tour of what the site offers and then you can begin exploring. There are workshops on everything from Adobe Premiere Pro CC to Video Storytelling for Educators.

Aaron is in his 26th year of advising student media. He is currently the Director of Student Media at Francis Howell North High School in St. Charles, Missouri. He is the Journalism Education Association Digital Media Chair and co-Director of Media Now. He is the 2023 JEA Teacher Inspiration Award Winner and is a former Dow Jones News Fund National Journalism Teacher of the Year.
