Poynter offers video storytelling workshops

Poynter and the National Press Photographers will be hosting a video storytelling workshop on Saturday, September 25, 2010. The workshop will be online and have four, one-hour sessions plus time for Q&A. The broadcast will begin at 10 EST that day and will have an archived replay for those who sign up for it. It looks like a great multimedia learning opportunity for advisers and students alike. They are even offering a student rate of $30 for the workshop.

For more information on this workshop, go here to the NewsU.org website.

NewsU also offers a free online class called “Video Storytelling for the Web” that students can enroll in at anytime and take. It is a two-hour course.
