Steve Matson of Charles Wright Academy in Tacoma, Washington, has shared the powerpoint he will be showing at the 2010 NSPA/JEA Convention in Portland, Oregon this week.

Matson’s presentation, entitled “Web Only: Taking the Newspaper Online” goes through his staff’s move to the Web. He talks about mistakes they made and things they learned, as well as what went better than expected and why the move online is an important one.
